"At first, we worked with a planner who seemed less experienced or knowledgeable about specific questions and concerns we raised after the initial booking process. This gave us some concern about our planning experience. Fortunately for us, we were assigned a new coordinator, Amanda, in early 2025 and she provided exceptional service with us! We were very impressed with her professionalism, detail-oriented diligence, and for her astounding ability to help keep us on track and negotiate ways to ensure our wedding day didn't miss anything we desired.
